Accepting this relationship serves as the foundation for helping our children to accept and live it too. It is written for anyone involved in religious education, especially parents and teachers. The first part focuses on encountering God, recognizing His invitation, and responding to it. The second part describes in more detail how we live out this response to God’s invitation through the sacraments, prayer, and living in the Holy Spirit. The last part applies the first two parts to the religious education of children.
